Position on offer: Senior Executive Corporate Sales (99 Location/Geography: Bangalore Key Responsibility Areas :
  • To develop new business opportunities by marketing Online Property based solutions.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Promoters, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Brokers etc. and maintaining them over time.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for Showing, Promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, Product Demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control.
  • Having the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School, MBA 2019 passouts only
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good General Knowledge
  • Sale Aptitude
